Organiser – The “Metrojaya Prosperous Spring Dip Lucky Draw” (hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”) is organised by METROJAYA Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “Organiser”).

Eligibility – The Contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above (as of 2022) except employees and immediate family members of METROJAYA Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (the “Organiser”), their advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.

Contest Period – The Contest will run weekly from 10 January 2022 to 13 February 2022 (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period”). All entries received before and/or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

How to Participate?
Spend RM128 in a single receipt (in-store or online at www.metrojaya.com.my) to be entitled to 1 entry.
1. The Organiser will select 4 winners each week at random.
2. There will be two (2) x RM50 Metrojaya Vouchers and two (2) x RM50 PACE e- Vouchers* given out each week.
*e-Vouchers from PACE can only be used at Metrojaya stores via PACE application.

How to Participate?
At the end of the Contest Period, the Organiser will select 3 winners, at random, from all entries submitted during the duration of the Contest Period.
Prizes:
1st prize: RM500 (RM250 Metrojaya Vouchers + RM250 PACE e-vouchers*)
2nd prize: RM300 (RM150 Metrojaya Vouchers + RM150 PACE e-vouchers*)
3rd prize: RM200 (RM100 Metrojaya Vouchers + RM100 PACE e-vouchers*)
*e-Vouchers from PACE can only be used at Metrojaya stores via PACE application.

Prize Redemption
1. The names of the weekly winners will be announced on the Metrojaya Malaysia Facebook page (www.facebook.com/MetrojayaMY).
2. The Organiser will contact the winners via email provided by participants to arrange for the prize collection.
3. Winners must be able to collect their prizes at either Metrojaya Mid Valley Megamall or
Metrojaya Suria Sabah Shopping Mall within the stated collection period. For e-vouchers, winners will be contacted via email provided and prizes are to be redeemed within the stated redemption period. Request for change of collection venue and/or redemption period of prizes will not be entertained.
4. All winners are required to present his/her identification card for verification upon collection of their prize.
5. In the event if a winner is unable to collect their prize, he/she may appoint a representative to collect on his/her behalf. The representative will have to present a photocopy of the winner’s identification card and an authorisation letter by the winner upon collection.
6. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize(s) with items of equivalent value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or in-kind.
7. The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of any form of notification to the winners. All costs incidental to the redemption and/or usage of the prizes shall be solely borne by the winners.
8. Participation in this Contest and acceptance of the prizes constitutes an irrevocable permission for the Organiser to use the winners’ names and photographs for purposes of publicity and advertisement without any compensation or need for prior notification to the winners. By participating in this Contest, participants agree and consent to their personal data being collected, processed and used for marketing-related purposes, including receiving emails for marketing promotions and offers, from the Organiser.
9. The Organiser shall, under no circumstances be responsible and/or liable if any of the winners cannot be contacted. The Organiser further reserves the full right to disqualify any winner if any reasonable attempt to contact them via any medium deemed appropriate by the Organiser has failed for any reason whatsoever.
10. The Organiser reserves the right to change, modify, cancel, terminate and/or suspend this Contest, without any prior notice; in the event of technical interference or corruption due to but not limited to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify participants found or suspected to have tampered with the Contest through the submission process, during the operation of the Contest or violating the Contest. The Organiser also reserves the right to disqualify or take legal action against any person who it suspects to have infringed any of these terms and conditions and interfered in the Contest via fraudulent activities or activities harmful to the Contest, its submission process, the website and the social channel. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and all decisions by the Organiser are final and binding. The Organiser reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and participants shall be bound by such changes.

Liability and Responsibility – The Organiser shall not be held liable for any, mishap, injury, damage, accidents or claims. All cost and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses incurred to participate in this Contest are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Organiser will not be responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications lines failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communication , or any problems or technical malfunction of the Website, email, telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software. The Organiser shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay and/or failure in the receipt of entry due to the inability of the respective Internet Service Provider
[ISP] company and/or telecommunication network to provide timely and/or efficient internet and/or telecommunication services.
